The growing consumption of junk food and inactive lifestyle promote poor health. In this fast-paced and technology-driven era where comfort is always the priority, it becomes of crucial significance that mindful eating habits and lifestyles are adopted. To spread awareness about physical well-being and diversely emphasise the significance of health, Antaral - Pause and be the Change, a prominent student society of the School of Commerce organised HEAL - Healthy Eating, Activity, and Lifestyle on 13th September 2022. The event comprised two segments, cooking without fire and fitness challenges.
In the cooking without fire segment, the students learnt culinary skills appreciating the hard work put into cooking. The activity aimed to provide a platform for students to showcase their talents and explore new areas of interest. The students prepared a wide range of healthy dishes. The dishes were served artistically and aesthetically.

The fitness challenge aimed to immerse students in the challenge and a positive environment. It acted as a great initiative to infuse a little life into the existing exercise routine of participants and spice things up. In this section, the participants had to perform planks, push-ups, lunges, burpees, and single-leg stands to showcase their fitness levels.

The event improved public knowledge of different kinds of food and their benefits. It also conveyed the idea that sustaining physical health or fitness routine leads to enhanced mental health.
