Application Process

Candidates familiar with online process can apply for Undergraduate or Postgraduate programs through online mode. Kindly fill the online application carefully and completely and submit it online.
After you fill the online application, you need to pay a non-refundable application fee for the preferred program through Online Payment Gateway Mode using either your Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking facility.
Candidates who are not able to apply online can visit the University directly to pay the application fee. After paying a non-refundable application fee, candidates would get a Coupon Code which they can use it on Online Payment Gateway Mode to fill the online application successfully.

University Guidelines

The University has the right to change or alter the dates or timings of ??? at any given time during the application process.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage, if the Application or other supporting documents are sent through courier/post to the Admission Office.
Any technical or any inadvertent error that creeps into while submission of online application or obtaining the Jain Entrance Test Hall Ticket, or declaring results.
The University disregards any capitation fee or donations or the intervention of a third party while the admission process.
The University will disqualify that Application which has insufficient/incorrect details furnished to process admission.
For any further reference, you are advised to make a duplicate copy of the application form.
Please be aware that ignorance of the guidelines / terms & conditions, will not be accepted as an excuse.

JET Exams

As part of the admission process, students are required to take up a Jain Entrance Test (JET), which covers a written test, group discussion followed by a personal interview.

Before applying for Exam -

Candidates must submit original documents and records and marks card of Class 10 and PU/Class 12.

Transfer Certificate of the last institution and qualifying exam is mandate.

Migration Certificate

Original ID proof - Aadhar Card or PAN or any government ID cards or certificates.

5 recent passport-size photographs of the candidate in formal dress.

Exam Policy-

The exam dates once fixed by the University for Jain Entrance Test cannot undergo a change.
Candidates appearing for exams need to carry the JET Hall ticket signed duly by parent/student.
2 recent passport-size photographs of the candidate appearing for the JET.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum qualification required to apply for is a pass in the 10+2 examination in Science / Commerce / Arts from PUC / ISC / CBSE or equivalent board. A course recognized as equivalent thereto by the University.

Cancellation Policy

If any candidate wish to withdraw applying for a course/program with JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) will be processed based on the UGC regulation F. No 6-1(7)/2006(CPP-I), which states “Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admissions, the Institution must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions on monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, wherever applicable?

The application of cancellation will be processed only if the student in-person presents

Original fee receipt, submission receipt of documents issued by the University.
No email, telephonic or courier/postal communication will be entertained in the cancellation or refund process.
No candidate will be entitled for a refund on or after the date of the commencement of classes.
