We help them strategize the recruitment process to ensure that the students match the industry standards and have agile skills to drive performance and growth in the organizations they are placed in.
We not only aim to make students gain versatile skills but also give them marketability. To enhance employability among students we provide different platforms to gear technical, problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills. Through specialized training and lecture sessions and workshops, we increase their potential that would benefit organizational success.
Every student applied for campus placements will have to undergo the Campus Recruitment Leadership Training Program organized by the Student Career Advisory and Placement Support Team in association with the International Institute of Global Studies (IIGS).
The program is designed to aid candidates in their preparation for recruitment through campus. This program helps the students to get trained and to deliver their best in the selection process of various corporate tied up with Jain (Deemed-to-be University). For better work experience, we provide students internships and placement training programs at the JU campus.
