Samshodhana (Faculty Research Cell) School of Commerce, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) organised a One-Day National Level Webinar titled “National Education Policy: Moving Towards Implementation” on 10 November, 2020.

The webinar commenced with the introduction of the resource person by Dr. Renu Rathi, Associate Professor, Department of PG Studies – School of Commerce. 

 Dr. Manasa introduced the audience National Education Policy (NEP), highlighting on the evolution of educational policies in India and showed how 2020 NEP caused a landmark turn in the country. Her talk covered many concerns in education, standards and policies that ranged from structural reforms, guidelines, administrative autonomy, institutional development plans, holistic and multidisciplinary education, faculty review, research and development through academia and industry partnerships. She concluded emphasising policy implementation forms the heart of any success in NEP.

 The webinar was attended by 489 participants across and beyond the country. The webinar concluded with a vote of thanks by Dr. Renu Rathi
